PW McCallum Dispute resolution policy
It has come to our attention that certain individuals have made erroneous claims, from false accusations regarding customer’s experiences to claims of abuse, mistreatment, scamming or being ripped off. In the court document below is our response to an internet stalker, this cyber bully has been the author of false rip off reports a few years back and the author of many social media posts, which make false claims of employees of PW McCallum Roofing not being paid. Here is our response to any and all cyber liable.
“I have worked the better part of my adult life, to build this company, so that someday my children will continue with it. We are running a successful roofing company with a good reputation based on honest service and high quality workmanship,” says Paul McCallum, owner of P.W. McCallum Roofing “after our family has been roofing on Vancouver Island since 1945, we are proud of our level of customer satisfaction.”
PW McCallum Roofing pays based on contract, this makes the installer more accountable to their installation. On very rare occasions the installers fail to pay their labourers. In these instances we freeze the sub contractor’s payments until a payment arrangement that both parties agree to is reached. This has been successful and productive.
As a result of our fair approach and understanding that people make mistakes and have financial hardships we have retained our subcontractors for many years considering many of them part of the family. While we are very understanding about people’s differences of opinions, we take slanderous statements very seriously and will pursue legal action to the full extent of the law where needed.

you can’t please all of the people all of the time”
